GOAL: COMMITMENT TO LIFE LONG Study
I. The Order of Preachers was founded for the purpose of preaching and the salvation of souls.
a. Announcement of the Good News, a share in His Mission.
b. Experience of living for God and for neighbors
c. The source of Christ’s light in our lives, is prayer, especially liturgical prayer, for one is set free by ascetic discipline and simplicity of life.
d. Assiduous study of Scriptures.
II. The Rule.
a. Special presentation on the rule.
III. Integration of prayerful study of Scripture into Prayer life.
